What you'll do

• Manage assigned part types through technology transfers, yield ramp, and process optimization
• analyze yield performance and variation
• coordinate technology-transfer setup, lead lots, and cross-fab alignment
• work with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams on corrective and preventive actions
• analyze probe-bin failures, inline data, and defect pareto
• improve yield monitoring and forecasting systems
• develop lessons learned, process flows, and risk assessments
• participate in business travel domestically or internationally as needed.
