What you'll do

• Complete professional development, experiential learning, practical application, and reflective practice.
• Serve full time on a host school’s operations team, work on school or regional operations projects, observe and analyze operational systems, and complete predetermined deliverables.
• During a four-to-six-week immersion, act as Director of Operations in place of the host DOO and co-lead the school alongside the Principal.
• Fellows may work at multiple locations and grade spans within the region.
