Electrical Designer - Industrial, Process and Agribusiness

The Electrical Designer - Industrial, Process and Agribusiness role is onsite in Saint Paul, MN. Compensation is $34–$43 per hour, and the position is eligible for an annual bonus. The role supports KFI Engineers’ Industrial, Process & Agribusiness department, which designs facility infrastructure and processing projects. The designer produces electrical construction documents and models, coordinating design work with engineering disciplines and project stakeholders. The work helps project teams deliver coordinated electrical layouts, diagrams, and schedules for construction.

What you'll do

• Produce AutoCAD drawings and Revit models
• attend site visits as needed
• review existing drawings
• collect electrical data
• develop electrical room and lighting layouts
• model equipment and raceways
• create schematic and wiring diagrams
• edit equipment and lighting schedules
• coordinate documents with internal and external stakeholders
• provide guidance to developing design team members.
