What you'll do

• Create daily deliveries and monitor order processing
• monitor stock availability
• troubleshoot order issues with account and purchasing teams
• update inventory and promotional plans
• manage customer return cases and inbound planning
• coordinate return shipments and labels
• communicate order status and delivery dates
• prepare status reports
• monitor account SLAs
• support account managers with data and problem-solving
• participate in customer business reviews and process improvements
• coordinate with operations.
