Customer Service Representative

What you'll do

• Handle inbound calls from customers, sales representatives, and distributors about orders, technical inquiries, order status, parts availability, and other requests
• assist customers through online chat
• maintain customer files and enter and update account information in ERP and CRM systems
• investigate and resolve customer issues
• process Return Goods Authorizations according to company policy and follow through on customer credits
• coordinate solutions with other departments
• prepare and submit complaint documentation
• follow up on missing or delayed shipments.
