The Senior Aviation Maintenance Advisor (SAMA) – MOS 15R role is onsite at Abu Hamad Air Base, Egypt; compensation is not specified. The position is contingent upon contract award and supports the Egyptian Air Force’s AH-64Ev6 maintenance program. The advisor provides senior-level maintenance guidance, technical mentorship, and program development to help build sustainable aircraft maintenance capabilities. The role supports maintenance planning, production and quality control, and the development of local personnel and procedures.

What you'll do

• Advise and assist Egyptian Air Force aviation maintenance leadership
• train and mentor maintenance personnel
• support maintenance flow-chart management, bank-hour tracking, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, parts ordering, production control, and quality control
• advise on maintenance planning and scheduling
• support Technical Inspector functions when designated
• assist with AGSE documentation and Oil Analysis Program activities
• support maintenance SOP development, technical supply, tool control, FOD prevention, and corrosion control
• support safe-for-flight release responsibilities when designated and qualified.

Why this role

Requires an active Secret security clearance before deployment, U.S. citizenship, a valid U.S. passport, U.S. Army MOS 15R AH-64E Repairer training, and substantial helicopter maintenance experience. Domestic Egypt travel and TDY are required as needed.
