What you'll do

• Provide care and support to assigned residents
• observe, report, and document changes in condition
• respond to call bells and security systems
• assist with activities of daily living, meals, laundry, and room cleanliness
• assist with medication passes and treatments using medication records and the Six Rights
• document doses and refusals
• report concerns
• restock medication carts
• record vital signs
• maintain medication areas and confidentiality.
