What you'll do

• Lead field operations for commercial retail, tenant improvement, and ground-up projects
• oversee daily jobsite activities, subcontractors, vendors, equipment, and deliveries
• maintain schedules
• inspect work for quality and compliance
• lead safety meetings and enforce procedures
• coordinate inspections, walkthroughs, punch lists, and closeout
• collaborate with project managers on execution, changes, costs, and documentation
• maintain field records
• mentor field personnel. Requires 10+ years of commercial construction supervision experience and ability to work evenings, overnight shifts, and extended hours as needed.
