The Program Manager, Fiber Design and Construction, Subsidy Builds position is remote. Compensation is $105,000–$155,000 annually, with a target annual bonus. The program manager leads subsidy-funded fiber construction programs from award and planning through construction completion, service activation, and certification. The role coordinates schedules, budgets, location data, milestones, risks, and compliance across internal teams, vendors, and funding stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Translate subsidy awards and build strategy into work plans and measurable deliverables
• provide structured program and executive reporting
• align engineering, design, permitting, construction, operations, vendors, Finance, and Regulatory & External Affairs
• manage schedules, budgets, location commitments, milestones, risks, and compliance
• validate planning inputs
• monitor vendor performance
• coordinate blocker removal
• and drive programs through service activation and required certification.
