In-Home Dialysis Care Partner — Spanish Required

What you'll do

• Assist with in-home dialysis treatment setup using NxStage or similar systems
• maintain a clean, organized, safe treatment environment
• support treatment scheduling
• provide companionship and emotional reassurance
• assist with light activities of daily living as needed
• monitor patient safety and report concerns to the coordinating nurse
• maintain simple documentation and shift notes.
