Vice President of Property

The Vice President of Property role is onsite in Albany, NY. The salary range is $128,983–$138,983 per year. The Capital District YMCA’s facilities support its mission and operational goals. Reporting to the President/CEO and serving on the Senior Management Team, the vice president directs property management across the association. The role develops and executes a strategy for safe, functional, compliant, and well-maintained facilities, while planning property development, renovation, and asset disposition.

What you'll do

• Direct property management functions
• maintain an inventory of properties and facilities
• forecast development of new properties, renovation of existing facilities, and disposition of surplus physical assets
• develop and execute a comprehensive property management strategy
• manage contracts and represent the YMCA in property- and facility-related matters.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field and 5–10 years of property management and development experience. Certified Pool Operator is preferred.
