Electrical Engineer Manager — Solar and BESS

What you'll do

• Design and analyze electrical systems for solar and BESS installations
• create layouts, stringing plans, voltage-drop calculations, and specifications
• support construction with site visits and technical reviews
• maintain drawings, specifications, and reports
• ensure compliance with NEC, NESC, and industry standards
• collaborate with project managers, customers, and regulators
• review vendor submittals
• maintain project documentation
• assist with permitting and interconnection requirements
• travel to job sites as needed.
