What you'll do

• Diagnose and repair kitchen equipment
• clean and maintain grease traps
• maintain refrigeration units
• calibrate equipment
• follow applicable codes and safety guidelines
• respond to service calls
• document maintenance work and parts
• support assigned maintenance tasks for new construction
• communicate with other departments
• and monitor spare-parts inventory and submit purchase requisitions.
