The Photovoltaic (PV) and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) Control Room Operator role is onsite in Chandler, AZ. Compensation is not specified. The operator monitors and coordinates real-time operations across a portfolio of generating facilities, responding to alarms and operating conditions to support safety, reliability, regulatory and contractual compliance, and revenue delivery. The role works with maintenance teams and external operating entities, documents events and control actions, and supports forecasting and outage reporting.

What you'll do

• Monitor and operate generating facilities using multiple monitoring and control platforms
• assess operating conditions against regulatory and contractual obligations
• initiate and document alarm response plans
• coordinate notifications and responses for high-risk conditions
• operate plant control systems and implement voltage schedules
• analyze equipment failures and performance data
• coordinate with maintenance teams to support availability and value
• manually generate forecasts when forecasting systems fail
• maintain operator logs and provide required failure and outage notifications
• review switching procedures for safety and compliance.
