Pediatric Physical Therapist

Performs and documents initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition. Develops plans describing a treatment strategy, its purposes, and its anticipated outcome. Provides information regarding appropriate selection/use of adaptive equipment and support programs. Determines patients ability to be independent and reintegrate into the workplace or community after injury or illness.
