What you'll do

• Lead analytics across credit card, HELOC, and Auto/RV lending
• evaluate business performance, market trends, portfolio dynamics, member behavior, and growth opportunities
• develop recommendations for pricing, targeting, acquisition, retention, portfolio management, and planning
• analyze lending and profitability metrics
• use SQL and analytical coding tools to analyze datasets
• prepare business cases and leadership narratives
• support forecasting and scenario analysis
• collaborate on lending data infrastructure and member journeys
• document analytical methods and assumptions
• lead, coach, and develop staff and make personnel decisions.
