Working under the Administrator’s supervision, the caregiver provides personal care and homemaker support according to each client’s plan of care, observes and documents client needs, and reports changes to the supervisor.

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, walking, and transfers
• observe clients’ physical, mental, and emotional conditions
• report and document changes
• provide medication reminders
• prepare meals, do dishes and laundry, shop, and perform household chores
• provide companionship and socialization
• provide transportation
• report incidents and emergencies
• maintain work records and follow established policies and procedures.
