It contributes by coordinating staffing and workflows, developing staff, addressing operational and care concerns, and supporting quality improvement and compliance.

What you'll do

• Lead, supervise, and support assigned clinical staff
• coordinate staffing, clinic workflow, and patient-care activities. Serve as a clinical resource, support onboarding and training, coach employees, and communicate expectations and feedback. Monitor operations and help resolve clinical, staffing, workflow, and patient-care concerns. Collaborate with providers and multidisciplinary teams, support compliance with clinical policies and safety standards, assist with quality improvement, and provide direct nursing care when needed. Requires a BSN, current unrestricted RN license, BLS certification or ability to obtain it within 60 days, valid driver’s license, one to three years of leadership experience, and three to five years in primary healthcare or equivalent.
