The anticipated base pay is $26.00 per hour; service team members participating in the on-call rotation receive an additional $3.00 per hour incentive for hours worked while on call. Mark-Taylor builds and manages Arizona apartment communities and emphasizes resident service and community upkeep. The technician handles maintenance and repairs to keep the community and its units safe and operational, while helping guide and develop service technicians. The role supports make-ready work, preventive maintenance, resident service, and the upkeep of shared facilities.

What you'll do

• Assist with make-ready units
• troubleshoot and correct minor heating and air-conditioning failures, appliance repairs, electrical and plumbing problems, and minor carpentry and drywall issues
• perform repairs and preventive maintenance in vacant units
• provide daily pool care and check chemical balance and safety
• complete minor roof repairs and re-key locks
• inspect for safety hazards and correct or report them
• share on-call duty with the service team
• assist with parts and cleaning-supply inventory
• train and mentor service and facilities technicians.
