What you'll do

• Perform Level I installer responsibilities
• manage project and service tickets and provide timely updates
• take accountability for assigned work and project scope
• delegate tasks within team capabilities
• mentor Level I installers when leading a team
• communicate with project coordinators, project managers, and customers
• work with nurse call, card access, and video surveillance systems
• perform Factory Authorized Testing before installation
• configure and commission systems
• provide basic customer operations training
• pursue professional development in leadership and communication.

Why this role

Requires at least two years in a construction trade, advanced electrical knowledge, field experience, basic telecommunications and networking knowledge, ability to read architectural drawings, team management or supervisory experience, and at least one year of knowledge in fire, CCTV, intrusion, or emergency nurse call systems.
