What you'll do

• Prepare construction cost estimates from drawings and specifications
• evaluate consultant estimates and contractor proposals
• conduct site visits, material takeoffs, and quantity surveys for MEP systems
• analyze pricing and cost data
• assess bids, change orders, value engineering reports, and claims
• prepare reports and recommendations
• and collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects.
