What you'll do

• Assess family strengths and needs
• develop and review treatment plans
• co-facilitate structural family therapy and conduct individual and family sessions
• coordinate with agencies and referral partners
• provide drug and alcohol assessments and referrals
• consult with behavioral health technicians when assigned
• participate in discharge planning
• maintain progress notes and case documentation
• provide crisis availability on an on-call rotation.
