What you'll do

• Deliver psychiatric nursing services aligned with program needs
• conduct psychiatric assessment and intervention
• coordinate treatment with psychiatrists, advanced practice providers, and care teams
• oversee medication monitoring and administration and manage supplies
• support recovery, wellness, and independence
• handle nurse scheduling, UKG and Compass management, and annual evaluations for assigned nursing staff.
