What you'll do

• Lead and mentor foremen and crews
• meet project safety, quality, and productivity requirements
• staff projects and support recruiting and retention
• plan and schedule work
• monitor performance and resolve issues
• review time, invoices, purchase orders, and paperwork
• oversee equipment maintenance and reporting
• maintain project logs and documentation
• coordinate mobilization of crews, equipment, subcontractors, and materials
• manage change orders and project records.
