What you'll do

• Process customer orders and distribution accounts
• prepare operational reports and shipping paperwork
• enter receiving, allocation, shipping, and inventory data
• coordinate urgent shipping requests
• trace orders and update customers
• support billing, returns, damage records, and backorder logs
• provide documents to warehouse staff
• communicate with customers and vendors
• track and trace air export files
• follow compliance requirements and KPI standards.
