The Dishroom Utility Worker role is onsite at Western Washington University’s Viking Commons Dining Hall in Bellingham, WA. Pay is $20.13–$25.08 per hour. The position supports campus dining operations at Viking Commons. The role keeps kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils clean and orderly so food-service operations can meet sanitation and safety standards. It also supports kitchen and front-of-house needs by moving supplies and helping with setup and deliveries.

What you'll do

• Sweep and mop floors
• wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food-preparation surfaces
• remove trash and clean garbage cans
• transfer and distribute supplies and equipment
• assist with banquet and front-of-house setup and supply deliveries
• follow sanitation and safety requirements.
