What you'll do

• Install, service, and upgrade equipment at customer locations
• configure hardware and embedded software
• perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment
• provide remote support alongside onsite service
• train customers
• communicate service progress and escalate issues
• maintain tools and replacement-part stock
• lift or move up to 50 lbs.

Why this role
