What you'll do

• Complete assigned service jobs
• communicate technical challenges to the Road Lead Mechanic
• attend service training
• submit timecards and maintenance reports
• update dispatch and the service office on job status and availability
• recommend shop repairs when complexity or safety warrants
• maintain customer and sales-team relationships
• follow safety rules and policies.
