Sales Support Representative

The role also supports sales meetings, sample preparation, and department projects.

What you'll do

• Provide quotes, pricing, and stock information
• enter orders and reserves
• answer calls from sales representatives and transferred customers
• process department tickets, orders, claims, mill checks, pricing approvals, and related requests
• assist assigned specialty customers
• respond to customer and sales representative emails
• prepare sample kits
• process sales representative memos in the CRM
• assist with special projects.
