Maintenance Associate

The Maintenance Associate is an onsite role in Dickinson, North Dakota. Compensation is $20–$26 per hour. The position supports maintenance operations at a Center of Reliability and Efficiency, Maintenance Base, or Maintenance Center. Working under direct supervision, the associate performs assigned higher-level maintenance activities and follows maintenance systems and competency standards. The work supports equipment availability, maintenance efficiency, and on-time delivery in response to operational demand.

What you'll do

• Perform assigned maintenance activities under a Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance Technician
• accurately capture maintenance data in Technology Lifecycle Management business systems
• comply with applicable TLM standards
• maintain competency under the TLM Competency Management System
• participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
