What you'll do

• Lead pre-opening operational planning, budgeting, critical-path timelines, recruitment, and alignment with brand standards during development and design. Direct day-to-day hotel and residential services and drive financial performance, guest satisfaction, and team engagement. Uphold luxury standards across rooms, dining, wellness, and events. Oversee branded residences, build homeowner relationships, and serve as primary liaison to HOA and condominium boards. Collaborate with ownership, development, and sales teams on marketing, positioning, and local integration
