What you'll do

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors
• receive, prioritize, and dispatch calls, alarms, and routine requests
• monitor communication systems and document activity and incidents
• respond to incidents and escalate notifications according to protocols
• conduct regular and random patrols of designated areas and the perimeter as assigned.
