What you'll do

• Answer medical questions by phone
• assess patients and gather history, presenting concerns, vital signs, and examination findings
• perform diagnostic measures such as ultrasound, X-rays, bloodwork, and biopsies
• diagnose conditions and develop diagnostic and therapeutic plans
• discuss diagnoses, treatment options, and estimates with customers
• maintain accurate medical records
• perform emergency surgeries and endoscopic procedures
• provide aftercare and prevention education where appropriate.
