What you'll do

• Own profit and loss performance and identify cost efficiencies
• implement and improve standard operating procedures using Kaizen frameworks
• oversee vehicle fleets and depot infrastructure
• maintain safety culture, regulatory compliance, and vehicle health
• lead operational relationships with autonomous vehicle partners
• manage outsourcing partners and suppliers
• use automation and AI tools to address operational bottlenecks
• design performance metrics
• recruit and lead teams.
