Real Estate Development Director

What you'll do

• Help define long-term development strategy and tactical objectives
• source sites and conduct financial analysis, pro forma modeling, and risk assessments
• manage public approvals, zoning actions, and permitting
• secure financing and manage capital budgets and expenditures
• maintain relationships with architects, public officials, lenders, investors, and other stakeholders
• mentor development team members and establish goals
• support existing asset and LLC administration with accounting.
