What you'll do

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff
• carry out security procedures, site policies, and emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare facilities, parking areas, and perimeter
• monitor access points and visitor activity
• respond to incidents and critical situations
• document patrols, incidents, and observations.
