Evening Site Supervisor

The Evening Site Supervisor role is onsite in Seneca Falls, NY, and is full-time, Tuesday through Saturday from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.; compensation is $20.60–$21.60 per hour. • Lead, train, coach, and evaluate Direct Support Professionals
• oversee daily operations, program budgets, and individual funds
• ensure services meet agency standards and state regulations
• maintain accurate documentation
• coordinate activities and community involvement
• implement Life Plans and communicate with support teams
• advocate for individuals’ needs and well-being.
