What you'll do

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans
• clean kitchen floors, counters, walls, and equipment
• dispose of waste and recycling
• organize and replenish kitchen supplies
• maintain kitchen equipment
• follow food safety, sanitation, and health and safety procedures
• assist with dining-area cleaning
• collaborate with culinary and service teams
• respond to spills and emergencies requiring cleaning.
