What you'll do

• Manage daily operations across cardiovascular imaging services
• coordinate resources and improve scheduling, patient flow, and productivity
• maintain imaging protocols with the medical director
• investigate patient, provider, and staff concerns
• coordinate with physician practices and other departments
• support accreditation and audit readiness
• conduct quality reviews and safety rounds
• oversee equipment planning and maintenance
• recruit, onboard, train, and evaluate staff
• manage schedules and budgets
• identify workflow and cost improvements.
