Communications Assistant

The Communications Assistant role is onsite in Manakin, VA, with occasional evenings and weekends depending on Club events. Compensation is $21–$24 per hour. Hermitage Country Club serves members through golf, fitness, racquet sports, aquatics, and dining venues. This role helps keep members informed and bring the Club experience to life through current website content, Club-wide emails, social media, employee communications, and creative materials. It supports the Director of Membership & Communications and partners with Human Resources.

What you'll do

• Update the Club website with events, announcements, and information
• coordinate and distribute Club-wide emails
• assist with social media content
• partner with Human Resources on employee communications, recruitment materials, and social media initiatives
• collaborate on flyers, promotional materials, and digital content.
