What you'll do

• Respond to and resolve complex, escalated teammate inquiries
• collaborate across functions
• resolve cases and roadblocks independently
• coach and train Tier 1 specialists
• delegate and review work when appropriate
• use ServiceNow, Now Assist, Workday, and internal knowledge bases to research, document, and track cases
• suggest improvements to processes and self-service content and optimize AI-assisted tools.

Why this role
