This role supports consistent, high-quality ABA services by mentoring and supervising clinical staff, assisting with client assessments and treatment planning, and coordinating training and collaboration across the center.

What you'll do

• Supervise and mentor BCBAs and ABA interns
• support assessments, intervention design, reports, and caregiver education
• promote ethical behavioral analysis
• oversee onboarding and orientation
• assist with RBT training and hiring
• coordinate with operations and other disciplines
• monitor documentation, scheduling, and assigned caseload services.
