What you'll do

• Provide customer service while following property security procedures and emergency response activities
• patrol community roadways, common areas, amenities, parking, access points, and perimeter
• monitor community access and report unauthorized entry
• respond to incidents, alarms, and resident concerns
• document patrols, incidents, observations, and daily activities
• communicate relevant information to site leadership.
