What you'll do

• Partner with YouVersion executive leadership on strategic planning, investment decisions, and organizational priorities
• build financial infrastructure and processes for growth and international expansion
• evaluate financial impacts through scenario analysis and risk assessments
• analyze financial statements and communicate insights
• prepare executive financial updates
• lead complex and ad hoc analysis
• collaborate with Finance Operations and FP&A
• interpret giving trends with Donor Development
• advise functional leaders on financial implications.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field and 7+ years of progressive strategic finance, financial analysis, or accounting experience. CPA is a plus; nonprofit or ministry experience is a plus. The posting prefers experience with complex, multi-entity, or international organizations.
