What you'll do

• Monitor, repair, install, and maintain county buildings and equipment
• perform mechanical, electrical, painting, drywall, woodworking, plumbing, and masonry work
• replace air conditioner filters and monitor HVAC systems
• clear debris, snow, and ice
• mow lawns and maintain grounds equipment
• move and set up furniture
• assist with painting
• respond to structural, equipment, plumbing, electrical, fire alarm, and power emergencies
• follow safety rules
• provide custodial backup as needed.
