What you'll do

• Develop and execute the site transformation roadmap
• design and sustain Lean management systems
• establish KPI processes
• coach and train site leaders
• lead cost-improvement initiatives
• integrate technology and automation
• coordinate maturity assessments
• standardize best practices across Global Operations and with suppliers
• ensure transformation activities meet safety, ISO 13485, FDA, and GMP requirements
• travel up to 5–10% as described in working conditions.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, business, or a related field; 7+ years in manufacturing operations, supply chain, or operational excellence, including 3+ years in leadership. Lean/Six Sigma Master Black Belt is a plus.
