What you'll do

• Participate in customer discovery workshops
• map workflows and identify automation opportunities and measurement needs
• define value hypotheses, baselines, targets, KPIs, assumptions, owners, and data sources
• build financial and operational models
• identify measurement risks
• coordinate data and reporting requirements with Product, Engineering, Finance, and customer teams
• reconcile data discrepancies
• build dashboards and scorecards
• present customer value reviews and executive readouts
• track outcomes through implementation and support transition to ongoing services or Customer Success.
