Production Supervisor — 12-Hour Third Shift, Wednesday–Saturday

The Production Supervisor works onsite in Waukesha, WI. The schedule is Wednesday midnight–6:00 a.m. and Thursday through Saturday, 6:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m. Compensation is $29.25–$37.44 per hour, including the 17% shift differential. The role supports ThermTech’s heat-treating operations and reports to the Production Controller. The supervisor coordinates shift production to deliver heat-treated components that meet customer requirements, complete scheduled work, and meet commitments. The role also promotes safe work, develops employees’ technical capabilities, and collaborates with other supervisors to keep production running smoothly across shifts.

What you'll do

• Direct and coordinate production employees
• review charts, work orders, schedules, and reports to assess requirements and output
• establish work schedules, assignments, and production sequences
• interpret specifications, blueprints, and procedures
• monitor work and equipment indicators
• record operation times
• adjust furnace controls using work instructions and thermal instruments
• train and evaluate employees
• address workplace concerns
• recommend personnel actions and production improvements
• set up and adjust equipment
• enforce 6S safety and cleanliness
• maintain attendance and hours records.
