The CNC Swiss Machinist II – Second Shift position is onsite in Otsego, MN, with compensation not specified. The role contributes to compliant, accurate production by identifying nonconforming product, interpreting inspection results, and maintaining equipment and work areas.
What you'll do
- Produce parts using CNC Mazak lathes to company standards and customer specifications
- comply with safety and quality requirements
- read job travelers and manufacturing documentation
- make offsets and edit programs without supervision
- inspect parts using mechanical gauges, CMM, and vision systems
- complete first-part verification
- identify setup-sheet issues
- report and segregate nonconforming product
- interpret CMM reports
- perform basic machine maintenance
- maintain a clean work area and accurate records.
