- prepare, administer, and document medications
- perform wound care, dressing changes, catheter insertion, and IV initiation
- monitor vital signs and clinical measurements
- operate medical equipment
- identify and report medication reactions or changes in condition
- provide post-operative monitoring and patient education
- collaborate on discharge planning
- maintain accurate records and follow infection-control and facility protocols.

Why this role
